My goals as a Clearlake fishing guide would be for my clients to have a Fun and Safe day on the water catching fish and making great memories.
For the beginner lets go fishing and learn what Bass fishing is all about. I have everything you will need for a day on the water. Please bring your current California fishing license and lunch. For the more experienced angler, I have been Bass fishing for over 30 years on Clearlake and have fished many tournaments and learned a lot about clearlake. I would be very happy to share idea's and techniques with you for catching fish on Clearlake.

About Clearlake, CA
Welcome to Clearlake...
Home of California's largest natural freshwater lake. Lakes have existed at this site for at least 2.5 million years. The lake is surrounded by scenic mountains and over looked by the awesome, extinct volcano, Mt. Konocti.
The waters of Clear Lake support large populations of large mouth bass, channel and white catfish, crappie, bluegill, carp and the native fish known as hitch. Sometimes called the bass capital of the West, the lake is known for it's quality bass with trophy fish over 10 lbs. Any cast at Clear Lake could result in the fish of a lifetime. We support catch and release, so bring those cameras.
The current lake record for large mouth bass stands at 17.52 pounds and is waiting to be broken.

The surrounding areas of Clearlake offer a wide variety of things for the family to participate in. You can find golf, Indian gaming, wineries, oval track auto racing, and special events all year long. Call us for recommended lodging.
Sightseeing...
Take a sightseeing, photography tour of the lake. At various times of the year you can see flocks of white pelicans, see the western grebe's do their mating dance across the top of the water and possibly see other wildlife such as deer, osprey,heron, ducks and even river otters while on your tour of the lake.
